Simply brought to my attention some things I already knew needed fixing in the near future. I was thrilled! I paid over the phone and when they gave me the rundown of what they had inspected and done, they didnt attempt to up-sell me anything I didnt need. Four days BEFORE my scheduled appointment. No problem.The best part- car was fixed and ready to go THREE DAYS later. ![]() He promised if they could squeeze it in that they would. Despite not having an appointment available for a week, he said bringing it straight there and leaving it was zero trouble. He was actually so kind, that I didnt even feel like calling elsewhere for further pricing.I asked if I could bring the car in immediately, as it was at another shop getting something else done and wasnt currently very reliable to be driving (had bad brakes, for starters). It was a significant savings (he didnt know what I had been quoted elsewhere). He was incredibly friendly and patient with me and happily quoted me for the same work over the phone. Not knowing much about cars, AT ALL- I called and spoke with Max. Called to price out a few issues because I felt like I was being charged a lot somewhere else. ![]() Nothing but a great experience from the start.
